At Havana Cart, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of cigars and tobacco products, all returns are subject to the policy outlined below.

How Do I Request a Return?

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within seven (7) days of delivery.

We may request photos of the product and packaging to evaluate the issue. Approved claims may be eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.

Returns for Non-Damaged or Correct Items

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or incorrect:

  • You are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped

  • Original packaging, humidity packs, and full quantities must be included

  • Returned products must not show signs of use, alteration, or improper storage

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • The return request is made after seven (7) days from delivery

  • The cigars do not arrive back in the same condition they were shipped

  • Items show signs of use, damage, or improper handling

  • Required packaging or included items are missing

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the returned item is received and inspected.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.
